HEAD BOX is an object visualising psychological isolation.

The glass in front of the face can be opened, so the solitude seems to be at least partially voluntary. The acoustic foam inside makes the outside noises subdued. The leather and metal locket outside make it difficult to get the box off the head without help. When displayed on its own, the black shimmery acoustic foam inside and the curved glass make it seem like a view into outer space, the 'interior' outer space.
